Lillibridge Healthcare Services, one of the nation?s leading healthcare real estate companies is seeking a Portfolio Analyst for the Portfolio Management Group located in the Chicago corporate office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

q Prepare monthly financial summary for portfolio of properties

q Review of monthly financial property reports prepared by property management

q Tracking, gathering, analyzing and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and related documents

q Review of property reforecasts

q Assist in the review of annual expense reconcilations and timing of sending out tenant letters

q Maintenance of the property ARGUS files and annual property valuations

q Review of net effective rent lease calculations and leasing-related information

q Assist/participation in preparation of quarterly Fund and client meetings

q Monitor capital projects specific to timing of completion and tracking costs

q Special project support for the Portfolio Management Group from time-to-time

REQUIREMENTS:

q Three to five years work experience within the real estate industry

q Understanding of general finance, accounting and leasing for commercial real estate

q Proficiency in ARGUS

q Extensive Excel spreadsheet/modeling skills

q Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to work as part of a team

q Ability to professionally interact with onsite staff, senior management and third party clients

q Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

q Self-starter with good follow-up

q BA or BS degree in business, finance or real estate, advanced degree a plus

q Some travel required
