Part Time File Room Coordinator

GES Exposition Services, a leading tradeshow and event marketing company, is seeking a high-energy, growth-oriented professional with demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity and passion for hassle-free service for the position of  Part-time File Room Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, NV.

 

General Responsibilities: 
Match negotiable checks to documentation.
Prepare checks for mailing.
Handle special mailing requests.
Record receipt of freight invoices.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Deliver outgoing mail to main Mail Room.
Obtain documentation upon request for employees and auditors.
File AP documentation: maintain file jackets and box files.

 

 

Education/Experience: 
High school diploma.
Basic office experience in a high-paced environment.

 

 

Skills/Competencies:     
Excel
Microsoft Word
Outlook
Strong organizational
Attention to detail

 

 

Special Considerations: 
Must be able to consistently lift 30 lbs.
Some overtime during peak seasons.
