Presently, we are evaluating candidates interested in pursuing a career as a Payroll Administrator in our Finance Department.

Job Responsibilites:

Core job responsibilities include the following.  Balance weekly payroll for assigned payroll group.  Respond to and troubleshoot telephone and e-mail inquiries. Prepare stop payments, voids, adjustments and manual express checks.  Input data for new, rehire and terminated part time employees for both the US and Canadian payrolls.  Enter direct deposit requests. Assist with preparation of garnishments.  Prepare journal entry for part time payroll.  Prepare and run ad hoc reports. Assist with system data imports and exports and other requests when needed.

 

Associates degree or equivalent experience working in a payroll position

 

Minimum 3 years Payroll experience required

 

Word, Excel, Outlook, ADP experience preferred
