Payroll Administrator - Kroll - Loveland, Colorado

Government Services, a division of the Security Group, is responsible for the services provided by all of Kroll's businesses to federal, state, and local government agencies in the United States. Government Services manages a nationwide network of investigators who conduct on-the-ground background checks for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and U.S. Bureau of Customs & Border Protection. The division is also responsible for overseeing Kroll's monitoring assignments, including its police department monitorships.  We are currently seeking Payroll Administrator for our Loveland, Colorado office.
 
Reporting to the payroll manager, the payroll administrator maintains production records, timesheets, and the payroll system. He or she is responsible for computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings. He or she is additionally responsible for the filing and maintenance of payroll records and timecards.
 
 
Duties:
 
Assists with time data entry function
Performs daily floor checks, sends daily email reminders
Reconciles labor and payroll journals
Manages international timesheets
Participates in payroll process
Other payroll admin duties as needed

2-4 years of experience in a payroll department supporting the payroll processProficiency with MS Office, Excel
