Personal Banker (Bilingual-English/Spanish) Midland, Texas

As a Personal Banker you will acquire, retain and expand new and existing customer relationships by providing a positive new account experience, profiling, assessing customer needs, and recommending and selling appropriate banking products and services.  Maximize the depth and profitability of the customer's relationship by partnering with Retail Lending, Small Business, Investments, and other product areas to ensure a world-class customer experience.  Successful Personal Bankers have a strong knowledge of the sales processes including profiling, outbound telephone sales, consulting, networking, cold calling and appointment setting.  In addition, you are risk, bottom-line-results oriented and goal driven. 

Position will be located in Midland, TX.  Work schedule will vary Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:30pm; full time.

Minimum one year sales experience required (2-5 years preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Customer service and computer experience preferred 
Extensive customer contact and experience with ongoing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent probing and listening skills to uncover the customers needs
Self motivated, assertive, performs well in a competitive sales environment and interacts with customer and team members in a professional and personable fashion
Strong presentation skills
High school graduate or equivalent required  (BS or BA degree preferred)
Series 6, 63, Life Insurance licenses required within 60 days of hire (also Health in some states)
Licensing at time of application preferred
Ability to work Saturday and some evenings required
