Goodrich Electro ' Optical Systems is seeking an experienced Programs Controls Analyst.

Position is responsible for proposal preparation along with the implementation of Earned Value Management program baselines associated with a variety of contracts and business initiatives within the divisions Program Offices. This involves managing and monitoring program financial performance along with the creation and maintenance of financial metrics to ensure successful program execution.

This position will encompass not only direct support of proposal, contract, and program specific needs but also include the development of business area performance metrics, and presentation to program, division management, and external customers.

Experience:

The position requires a BS and 6+ years financial analysis experience with a knowledge of fixed price, cost reimbursement, and time & material contracts.

The candidate must have a understanding of ERP along with Oracle based platforms and be able to develop program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Earned Value Management Reports CPR, C/SSR, CFSR (DD-1586), along with narrative variance analysis.

The candidate must have an understanding of the development of the Integrated Master Plans, schedule hierarchy, and resource and milestone loading.

Proficiency in the use of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge of Access and Microsoft Project is desirable.

Current knowledge of accounting standards, Sarbanes Oxley, and practices associated with government accounting standards and the FAR.
