Project Manager – Financial Analysis

Job Description : Provides financial evaluation, counsel and business analysis directly to sales and marketing.  Leads highly complex data gathering and analysis to support the financial objectives of RHD.  Frequently interacts with senior management.  Prepares executive level presentations and may deliver presentation to support department and exec management.

 

Responsibilities:
Provide Financial Analysis to:

Sprint Sales & Marketing Teams
Sales Forecast, Budget, and Results
Divisional Analysis
Manage and complete multiple complex review/analysis of sales revenue, expense and operating results.
Plan and Complete highly complex financial analysis of proposed marketing & operational programs, promotions & business cases to assess the financial viability & associated risk of proposals.
Provide highly complex financial analysis and counsel as a market/new product team member.
Lead significantly complex projects and provide complex financial analysis, including sensitivity analysis.
Provide counsel to & financial analysis for operations management sizing the impact of resource utilization & change in operational procedures.
Design & implement new processes & procedures including the modifications and process improvement of existing procedures.
Propose corrective courses of action through more complex detailed analysis.
Establish relationship with senior level sales and marketing management.

Qualifications:
BS/BA in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience.
5-8 years professional business, accounting, or related experience.
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial concepts.
Proficiency in computer based analysis and complex financial modeling
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent complex projects.
Strong financial reporting and analysis, leadership, process improvement, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Significant knowledge of data relationships in highly complex business systems.
MBA and/or other related advanced degree/certification desired.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Requires High Ethical Standards
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Proficient researching, understanding and succinctly explaining complex transactions and the business reason for the transactions.
Ability to work well with others and under pressure to meet timelines.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments/responsibilities
Ability to work well on confidential assignments, within time sensitive deadlines, and under pressure.
