The incumbent will manage schedule and process large, business-critical entitlement projects in Thomson Entitlement systems as a member of the project team.

 

This position requires a high energy, detail-oriented, client service focused individual with the proven ability to work well under pressure and coordinate multiple projects and outstanding issues/entitlement requests at the same time. The person in this position must be a team player who is willing to be flexible when needed. Being that this is a more senior position within the group, the employee must possess leadership skills and an ability to work independently, as well as serve as a resource for the Entitlement Support Representatives.

Qualifications:3 years of database administration experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiencyAbility to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBA/BS or equivalent required
