Project Manager - Regional Change the Bank within Finance

UBS is a leading global financial services firm. Our Investment Bank is one of the world's top global investment banking and securities firms, providing a full spectrum of products to institutional and corporate clients, intermediaries, government and hedge funds worldwide.

The Regional Change the Bank (CTB) Team manages portfolios of regional Finance changes and projects impacting Global Controlling. The principal function of the group is to implement Finance change requirements for the Investment Bank, ensuring consistency with our Target Functional Model (TFM).

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and implementation of the CTB initiative, including:

* Coordination and documentation of user specifications and requirements.

* Coordination of resources across the various teams (e.g. IT, FCD, end users)

* Document and communicate project status, including timelines, achievements, risks and dependencies.

* Coordinate / participate in system / user testing

Basic Qualifications

* Four year degree (BA/BS) or international equivalent in Accounting/Finance

Preferred Qualifications

* CPA a plus

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Use of Excel, Word, Project, Access and other MS Office products; ability to learn to use other internal systems (e.g. SAP, BW, Masterfiles)

* Ability to drive issues to conclusions and work with minimal supervision

* Organisational skills

* Some Travel

* Spanish a plus
