We are currently seeking a Regional Transaction Manager to join our National Accounts Team located in San Francisco or Oakland, CA. This individual would be a key member of a team dedicated to providing real estate strategy, transactional services, financial and qualitative analysis and account management to our client, with a primary focus in Northern California. Specific duties include working with the client to set business and real estate strategies and objectives for real estate, identifying suitable alternatives to support those objectives and procuring real estate on behalf of the client through the negotiation of lease and purchase agreements.

REGIONAL TRANSACTION MANAGER - San Francisco or Oakland, CA

Responsibilities:
Execute capital and lease transactions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge
Interface with client as part of the dedicated Jones Lang LaSalle Account Team, working with the Client to develop and execute real estate strategies and transactions that support the Client's business plans and objectives
Develop occupancy cost savings strategies, develop and evaluate alternative occupancy solutions and financial structures and refine existing transaction processes and procedures
Assist the Client in completing a large number of transactions annually and be required to independently execute lease and capital transactions of all types and sizes while adhering to Jones Lang LaSalle's and the Client's processes and standards for expertise and professionalism

Requirements:
MBA or JD useful but not required
Minimum of 5 years of directly related business and real estate experience
Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
Experience in commercial real estate transactions
Strong financial analytical skills
Strategic focus
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
High level of customer service skills and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
