REGIONAL FINANCIAL LEADER

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting, as well as, compliance of core finance procedures and processes (credit and collections, revenue recognition, inventory evaluation, SOX compliance). This position is also responsible for working in close partnership with the respective Area Leader, Business Segment Leader and Business Administrators to ensure compliance with procedures and to achieve region revenue, profitability and working capital targets, customer satisfaction, quality control, talent acquisition & development, employee engagement and safety. This position will report to the Region General Manager and with functional accountability to the National Finance Leader of HOMExperts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial:
Financial statement analysis
Develop forecast model and tools to allow for multi-use of data
Financial modeling
Create and implement accurate and timely forecasting process
Integrate operating data in financial analysis
Job costing
Create national forecasts, plans, models and analysis
Ensure accurate and timely payroll and job cost processing

Operational:
Credit and collection
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, specifically:
Revenue recognition
Purchase orders
SOX compliance
Develop and deploy standardized procedures
Drive operations to achieve revenue, cost management and profitability goals
Contract administration
Ensure job profitability
Managing to production budgets
Managing non-billable time
Managing company resources (vehicles, cell phones, uniforms, etc)
Communicate and coordinate effectively with national and area teams

Order to Cash:
Establish and manage credit limits in cooperation with the National Credit Manager
Ensure complete and accurate information for customer setups
Manage the preliminary notice, lien and collections process
Initiate new financial processes across the region (i.e., billing processes that are acceptable to client and easily supported by system)
Ensure accurate and timely billing throughout region
Manage WIP and AR (oversight of Business Administrators) to company goals
Ability to resolve large and complex collection issues while preserving client relationships

Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree- Finance or Account required
5-7 years of financial and supervisory experience (managing in a matrix organization) preferred
Credit and collection experience preferred
ERP System experience preferred
Proficient - Microsoft Office required
