Retirement Savings Plan Design and Administraton Manager

Research, design, implementation, execution of financial benefit plans. Experience/aptitude with legal, tax accounting, payroll issues. Ability to learn and apply SEC, ERISA, IRS, regulatory/compliance requirements. Evaluate plans and processes, make recommendation for change. Develop reporting controls. Review and produce plan correspondence. Ability top develop and make presentations to broad audiences. Provide advice to senior leadership on key decisions and actions necessary to meet business objectives.

 

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills with all audiences (written, verbal and listening), marketing ability.
2. Large-scale project management, strategic planning, negotiation and problem solving; ability to work independently; demonstrated judgment and decision making.
3. Management and leadership experience; professional presences and demeanor; possesses or has the ability to develop understanding of company policies and culture.
4. Strong analytical, research, statistical and mathematical skills; understanding of varied complex research material to identify and exploit such data.
5. Organizational skills and the ability to drive multiple tasks while maintaining maximum attention to detail and accuracy; proven initiative and vision; creativity and innovation.

Additional Preferred Requirements:
1. Retirement/Equity plan experience.
2. Accounting/Finance degree.
3. Auditing experience.
4. Expense control and budgeting experience.
5. Extensive PC skills.
