Service Net is a growing service contract and warranty administration company looking for a Risk Management Product Analyst.? The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing pricing and claims analysis and support to Service Net Solutions, LLC and its affiliate organizations.? Responsibilities include coordination, analysis and reporting of internal monthly loss reports, underwriter loss reports, pricing changes and analysis, and monthly reviews with executive team and account managers.? Other Principle Duties and responsibilities include:Research/analyze data and IT technical systems to identify program/operational cost drivers.Utilize flow-charting and project management software to investigate internal practices /processes that impact administration costs and underwriting losses. Design and implement business processes to eliminate or minimize losses, and reduce operational and insurance costs.Research /analyze new and existing program administration and underwriter pricing, and substantiate with product failure data, operational cost data, and competitive market data.? Share results with internal and client management teams.? Coordinate client and project proposals with underwriter actuaries.? Respond to questions, provide data, and ensure data integrity.Maintain highest degree of confidentiality and ethics

Candidate must have a bachelor?s degree; with a minimum of 3 ? 5 years work experience preferred.? Must possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.? Must also have the ability to take initiative and work independently.? Must have excellent interpersonal and leaderships skills ? experience in leading cross-functional projects and tasks a plus.? Must have strong PC skills; proficient in Excel, Access, and other data modeling tools.?
