Risk Management Supervisor

Position Overview

The Supervisor position is responsible for providing consulting services to clients to help them manage risk, improve financial and operational performance and strengthen internal controls. Preferred candidates will possess experience with planning and managing engagements, supervising staff, an understanding of financial or operational business processes and controls, developing and executing work programs, reviewing work product, interviewing clients, and creating client deliverables. Candidates may work on a diverse range projects, including internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial and operational consulting for a variety of industries.


Experience Required and Preferred:

The ideal candidate should have a combination of the following experience:
? Minimum of four to six years experience in internal audit
? Management Consulting services
? Business improvement background with various industries
? Public accounting experience

Required experience includes:
? Bachelors degree in business or a related field
? Ability to commute to client locations
? Flexibility for 25% to 40% of overnight travel
? Strong project management skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong analytical skills and knowledge of controls
? Minimum of three years supervisory experience
? Certification as CIA or CPA

Preferred experience (not required):
? Consulting experience
? Public accounting experience
? Sarbanes-Oxley compliance experience
? Other industry certification
