Position : Regional SAP Finance Team Manager for the Americas Region


Description :

' To manage the members of the Americas regional FI team including full budgetary and staff responsibility
' To support customers within that region and, as required by the Global FI Support and Implementations Team manager, in other regions
' to resource roll-out projects and FICO implementations within that region
' To meet regularly with the Global FI Support and Implementations Team manager and the other regional FI managers to discuss current projects and issues
' To ensure that issues are logged, prioritized and progressed
' To ensure that adequate trained resources are available for support and projects which impact that region and alert the Global FI Support and Implementations Team manager to staffing and other problems
' To liaise with the Global Functional Experts to address regional staff deficits in expertise
' To ensure that Template FICO processes are being implemented
' To liaise with the Global FI Support and Implementations Team manager, the Global Functional Experts and the other regional FI managers to provide an optimal approach to support
' To work with the Global FI Support and Implementations Team manager and the Global Functional Experts to develop, document and maintain standard FICO roll out processes ' including checklists, and procedures - for all of the different types of implementation.

Requirements :

' Proven people management skills
' Broad knowledge of the SAP FICO modules ideally with implementation experience
' Project management skills
' A solid finance background
' The ability to negotiate at eye level with senior finance managers
' A willingness to travel in support of projects
