Our client, based in the Irvine area, is looking for a Senior SEC Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for SEC, regulatory reporting, and SOX compliance. The position will be responsible for the coordination and management of the Company’s financial reporting to the S.E.C., including preparation of 10-Ks and 10-Qs, Earnings Press Releases, GAAP Research, and metrics analysis. Responsibilities will include assistance with financial planning and analysis, coordination of external audit, and Sarbanes Oxley documentation as well. Minimum 4+ years of directly related experience with a college degree and most likely a CPA with public experience. Compensation range is competitively open + bonus and great benefits. This position will have high-level exposure and be expected to interact with Sr. Management.
