We are currently seeking a Senior Lease Analyst to join our Lease Administration Group located in San Jose, CA.

SENIOR LEASE ANALYST - San Jose, CA

Responsibilities:
Read and abstract commercial leases and related documents (leases, amendments, subleases)
Data entry and data management of lease documents in real estate database (WPIQ)
Process legal documents such as SNDA and Estoppel
Resolution of rent and other Landlord/Tenant issues
Review annual landlord reconciliation statements and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Review rent, CAM, operating expense, real estate tax and insurance invoices and statements
Verification of data entry for variable payments including utilities, parking, annual reconciliation charges, and impound adjustments, and daily payment export
Coordinate and track payment of maintenance, tax and insurance related charges/payments with other departments
Coordinate and provide client support with outside audit firm
Coordinate subtenant reimbursement for variable charges
Create monthly reports using Business Objects report writer and Excel
Special projects as assigned by Manager

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years related work experience
Strong financial/analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex commercial lease language
Strong attention to detail
Business Objects experience a plus
Excellent written and oral skills with superior customer service skills
Computer proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
