Sales Analyst

Adecco Employment Services is the global leading staffing provider with over 6600 offices in 60 countries. We are currently seeking a Sales Analyst for a medical company in Mahwah, NJ.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Determine monthly, quarterly and year-end filed payments. Perform ad hoc compensation analysis as warranted.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Validate compensation data in ERP system and Synygy systems and pc files, maintain sales history and quota integrity, communicate with field offices, human resources and payroll regarding inquiries on sales and/or payments, provide data for meetings, contests and awards.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Knowledge of windows, specifically excel and access preferred. Knowledge of Synygy compensation system a plus.

EDUCATION AND/OR SPECIAL TRAINING:
Bachelor Degree required, 3 years experience with sales reporting.
