Sales Compensation Administrator

The Clinical Solutions division of Wolters Kluwer Health uses its industry-leading intellectual property to create next-generation integrated drug and disease databases and point-of-care information tools for healthcare professionals.  These tools aid in disease management, medical error reduction, workflow improvements, and more effective patient management and are used within hospitals, pharmacies, and physician offices. 

 

Our Indianapolis office is looking for an individual who is flexible to changes, has strong accounting skills, and is a creative thinker.  You will work closely with the sales representatives tracking and verifying sales and commission reports.

 

In this position, you will:

 

? Administrate compensation plans, commissions processing and the maintenance of tools supporting these operational areas.

? Ensure timely preparation of commission statements

? Compile sales tracker data and coordinate with Operations analyst on SalesLogix data.

? Maintain sales trackers for new sales and renewals

? Track sales expenses and assist in budget management

? Interact with finance to ensure proper accounting and payment of commissions

? Prepare ad hoc analysis and other projects as assigned.

? Investigate commission disputes, determine cause of errors, and make corrections.

? Develop tools and forms necessary to support commissions and expense tracking functions.

? Perform Administrative responsibilities:  recordkeeping, reporting, and corresponding and communicating pertinent information.

? Assist in developing operational policies and processes and adherence to same.

? Maintain channel value reports and track vendor commissions

? Develop and facilitate compensation related training programs to managers.
