Sales Operations Manager

Adecco Employment Services is the global leading staffing provider with over 6600 offices in 60 countries. We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager for a medical company in Mahwah, NJ.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead Sales Operations Team, including Managers and Analysts, to ensure accurate and timely field compensation payments and related analysis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to field personnel, agencies and consultants.
• Maintain vendor software focus and budget for efficient payments and reporting.
• Influence field personnel to process/communicate compensation changes accurately.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of the executive summary field compensation models.
• Support the timely and accurate processing of National Sales Meeting awards and bonuses.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years Business experience.
• 3+years managerial experience.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
• Support the timely and accurate validation of sales reporting for the processing for NSM awards and bonuses and other special payments as warranted.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
• Must be proficient in Excel and Access.
• Experience in compensation software would be a plus.
• Needs to be detail oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Percent Travel Required 5%
Education and/or Special Training EDUCATION:
•Bachelor's Degree.
