Sales-Risk Mangement to C Level

Capitol City is a fiercely independent risk management and insurance consulting firm located in Austin, TX. Founded in 1965, our firm is well known among leading business and civic leaders in the region.

Our organization is currently seeking a sales professional that would feel comfortable selling to senior level executives and business owners. Whatever you think about selling insurance...this is not it. This is a business to business, highly consultative sales approach targeting CFO?s, CEO's, Risk Managers and other high level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment, with a proposal in the $100k-500k range this position is not for you.

Since we are looking for leaders and over achievers, you need not have industry experience to apply. We would welcome your experience, but what we are seeking is someone that can add value to our firm and our clients. We demand a high level of character and integrity should you want to be part of our firm.

This position is one where you can build considerable wealth. The base salary is a means of getting you started. Our firm will invest in you by allowing you to attend a training program offered by a Fortune 500 company that partners with us on risk. In addition, you'll be mentored by a consultant that is known by many, as an industry expert.

Starting salary is up to 60k + commissions. We prefer candidates that would like to make $250k, but not overnight. A doctor has a residency period before he/she realizes their full earning potential. This career can be just as lucrative while taking less time to develop.
