Sales and Service Associate, Venice, FL

As a Sales and Service Associate, you will provide exemplary customer service and effective solutions to customer questions or other inquiries. You will assist Personal Bankers by completing all necessary paperwork relating to client sales or service issues. You may open transaction accounts or provide sales support at the request of the Personal Banker, Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager. Your sales support activities will include identifying customers' specific financial needs and referring them to the Personal Banker or appropriate sales specialist.


At least two years customer service experience required
Teller or branch experience preferred
Related work experience in retail or financial services preferred
Comfortable meeting and talking with people, including calling prospects and customers
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately, with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and give direction to less experienced team members
High school degree or equivalent required
Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings as required
