Responsibilities
- Ensure timely filing of Securitization reports with external investors, rating agencies, and Trustee's.
- Responsible for preparing the Monthly Service Reports issued in connection with Asset Backed Securities program.
- Prepare Securitization footnote for Annual Report and quarterly disclosures, comment on and contribute to other sections
- Develop and maintain proprietary securitization models, improving accuracy, consistency, ease of use and review, and data tracking
- Analyze results and provide explanations for changes in trust performance
- Manage interest rate exposure including the structuring and executing of interest rate swaps and caps.
- Provide business requirements and subject matter expertise for new issuances
- Supervise compliance and internal and external audits of all public and private securitizations
- Work with the Securitization Structuring team to ensure compliance with transaction documents

Qualifications
- BS in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Minimum of 4 years in a securitization or mortgage capital markets role
- Strong analysis and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the mortgage/financial services industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and underwriters
