Position: Segment Manager Corporate Finance

Duration:  Direct Position Location:  Indianapolis

 

EDUCATION BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required.  CPA or MBA preferred. 

 EXPERIENCE

Excellent accounting and computer skills required. Supervisory experience required.

Must be a "hands on" person and must be capable of being both detail and big picture oriented depending on the situation.

 

Years of work experience:  7 - 10 years.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Holdings close the books process

Legal entity close the books process

Sox compliance and coordination for Holdings

Benefit (including post retirement)/payroll accounting oversight

External auditor interface for legal entity

Corporate interface for legal entity issues and projects

Preparation of consolidated financial statements

Preparation of benefit plan financial statements

US GAAP to IFRS reconciliations

Accounting for residual businesses
