Job Summary:

Provides direct support of processing daily vendor invoices. This includes data entry, auditing to ensure compliance with Corporate policies and internal controls, and problem resolution. Responsible for vendor inquiries. Position is responsible for performing routine office and clerical support tasks.

 

Essential Functions:Invoice data entry, maintain 98% accuracyResearch and resolve vendor issuesFilingAudit AP transactions to ensure compliance with Corporate policies and internal controlsHandle internal and external customer inquiries

 

Education/Experience:Associates degree preferred but not required Minimum 2+ years accounts payable processing

 

Communication and Numeric Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.Oral communication skills sufficient to convey simple messages to co-workers, others in the organization, customers, and visitorsInterpersonal skills required to work well with others

 

Computer Skills:Experience with Oracle Financials as functional userProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelBasic typing, word processing, email systems, and data entry skills
