Our client, a leading Bay Area public finance firm engaged in providing financial advisory services and structuring bond issues for school and community college districts, is seeking a senior analyst with 3+ years of relevant transactional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Financial modeling and analysis

? Presentation preparation and delivery

? Financial transaction management

REQUIREMENTS

? MBA or MPA degree and/or 3+ years experience structuring debt and/or equity transactions in either a public finance or traditional investment banker environment

? Must have strong analytical and financial modeling skills

? Superior writing and presentation skills required

? Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

? Must have a desire and commitment to provide services to public agencies
