Responsibilities:


Develop guidance and communicates compliance improvements company-wide. Research compliance guidance from external sources. Assist in training personnel on SOX and internal controls to ensure compliance with internal controls. Work with external auditors as required ensuring agreement in execution of compliance. Assist in coordination and planning of compliance activities and general guidance. Facilitate new initiatives as required. Assist with scheduling, development of in-house education programs, evaluations, and other special projects as necessary. Develop presentations for members of upper management and the Audit/Ethics Committee of the BHI Board of Directors. Very little travel expected


Skill Requirements:


Thorough knowledge of internal controls and auditing in addition to specialized knowledge of 404 compliance procedures, including planning, techniques, tests and sampling methods. Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of management. Excellent organization and planning skills.


Education/Experience:


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 5+ years experience in public or industry accounting, compliance and/or auditing. CPA & SOX experience required. Advanced PC Skills, including Word, Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint. SAP/Hyperion experience a plus.
