Senior Construction Estimator

Construction subcontractor seeking a Project Manager/Construction Estimator familiar with all of the major aspects of commercial construction. Company uses "RF Means" as their manual for federal government contracts which is their primary source of contracts. Timberline experience or Softworks experience would also be helpful.
