Senior Cost Analyst/CS Revenue


Responsibilities


*Works with the global CS management within to prepare analysis and plans to assist in managing the CS Revenue or Cost reduction opportunities. Performs technical analysis and makes recommendations to management on the reporting of key opportunities for product or services sold at time of sale, maintenance renewals, time & materials, and new service offerings.



Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
*Analyzes, manages and develops scorecards for revenue and cost assignments.
*Works within Strategy & Operations group to identify and prioritize key optimization opportunities. Provides consultative assistance to business management as required through analysis and reporting.
*Supports CS and Sales management in the development and analysis of key metrics and statistics to optimize efficiency of CS Revenue related resources.
*Prepares reports and conducts trending analysis/root cause analysis. Analyzes processes and makes recommendations for improvement. Drives initiatives in support of the approved recommendations.
*Participates in strategic discussions and represents CS in strategic initiatives, providing the necessary input and analytics around business intelligence.
*Supports, manages, and influences continuous improvement.
*Provides business case preparation and review support as needed.

Experience and Education:


Skills:
*Strong quantitative analytical skills
*Expertise with database, reporting, and financial modeling tools
*Strong workflow, organizational and process optimization skills
*Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work comfortably in areas with low goal congruency and remote locations
*Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid presentation skills, especially communication of current and desired performance via tables, diagrams, and charts
*Experience Required: 5-10 years of comparable work experience

Education Required: Bachelors degree, MBA preferred. Strong knowledge of CS revenue flows and operations.



Other: Travel may be required at times.
