Come and define your role with a healthcare industry leader as Trend Analyst in our Finance Department. This position focuses on claims analysis projects, and would offer the right candidate plenty of growth potential in a fast-paced environment.

 

Please note: Individuals in this position can work out of either our San Francisco or Minneapolis offices.

 

Key responsibilities include:
Working on a wide scope of projects involving trend analysis of medical data


Analyzing premium, membership, medical cost and administrative cost trends to provide forecasts and benchmarks
Examining data trends to identify key drivers of costs and interpret rate fluctuations


Taking ownership of important projects and completing them by effectively working with other internal groups and coordinating the efforts of other Finance staff


Establishing standards and continually improving reporting capabilities to meet the needs and requirements of the Finance Department



Candidates must have solid experience working with relational databases. Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving abilities are also needed. A related Bachelor’s degree is a must, and PC proficiency is essential, especially with reporting software.
