Great Opportunity in $2B Publicly-Traded Company for a Senior Debt Administrator

 

?  Provide administration, communication, and compliance services to lenders or corporate and project debt facilities and reports.

?  Track and monitor compliance with debt facilities, which are administered in other areas of the Company.

?  Track and monitor assurance compliance of all contracts of inter-company and affiliates notes receivable and payable.

?  Responsible for administering Sarbanes Oxley processes impacting loan administration.

?  Must be comfortable working with moderately to highly complex financial agreements, interest rate swap arrangements, guarantees and letters of credit.
