A Senior Decision Support Systems analyst will support internal departments with query development, trouble shooting and manage escalations to Business Objects technical support. Monitor the the warehouse through exception reporting and investigate data problems. Responsible for managing Business Objects Universes, including Design, Creation of filter and query performance monitoring. Third party and sales opereation department interaction is also required therefore excellent customer service is necessary.
