Senior Finance Manager

Rapidly growing public technology company in San Diego seeks a Senior Finance Manager on a direct hire position. This position is slated to groom into the Director of Finance in a couple of years. The Senior Finance Manager is a newly created position, primarily responsible for working closely with the sales teams with all financial requirements including market analysis and strategic planning. This position will partner with management to define order quality and efficiency metrix, create action plans and tracking mechanisms to improve performance, perform variance and cost analysis, and manage the sales commission calculation process. This is a high profile role that involves working closely with sales teams, senior management, information technology team, and international finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking an opportunity to join an established company in a strategic role with high potential to move into a Director of Finance role. Starting annual salary is $85,000 to $115,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including stock options.
