Senior Financial Analyst 27956

Job Description: Develop strategic and financial analyses to evaluate new business opportunities and property-wide strategic initiatives for our lines of business including theme parks, hotels, retail/dining/entertainment, sports, vacation ownership and master planning/real estate. Identify key business issues, assess market environment, and construct financial models to build the business case for growth. Manage multi-disciplinary project teams and serve as an individual team contributor for feasibility studies that require input from multiple functional areas. Deliver presentations on complex projects and issues to a wide range of audiences.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills

Demonstrated strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and teamwork/partnering ability

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven sound business judgment skills

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

Aptitude for quantitative disciplines, such as Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering
