Job Description

- Consolidate and facilitate the overall Cardiac and Monitoring Systems (CMS) financials for:
- From Business Unit to Business Line and from Bunsiness Line to Philips Medical Systems.
- Month-end reporting.
- Rolling forecast (RoFo).
- Annual operating plan.
- Strategy Reviewo Work closely with counterparts in Business Unit (BU) Finance, Operations Finance and Andover and Boeblingen Finance to meet CMS financial objectiveso Analyze the Rolling Forecast (RoFo) submission from Business Units and Supply Chain, as well as from funding locations and the field organizations.
- Advise management on financial improvement opportunities across organizationso Conduct in-depth and ad-hoc studies on individual improvement programs.
- Support for and coordination with the Philips Medical Systems initiatives and requestso Provide analysis after month-end close, during Rolling Forecast and AOP.

Requirements

- Must possess advanced analytical skills to analyze complex business challenges and provide concise tradeoffs.
- Good conceptual skills and ability to link lower-level analysis to the business "big picture".
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to convey information concisely in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and influence employees, managers and executives on all levels.
- Self-starter, able to perform in a fast paced, complex environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Goal oriented and proactive in problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work on several special and high-level projects simultaneously.
- MBA or equivalent.
- CPA a plus.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a hi-tech environment.
- Strong MS Office skills w/ demonstrated advanced Excel use in financial modeling and analysis.
- Prior experience in financial planning, supply chain or business unit finance a plus.
- SAP experience a plus.
