Senior Financial Analyst - Great Opportunity to Network and Gain Experience

We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual with excellent analytical skills to provide insightful analysis with respect to revenues and operating expenses through strong understanding of key business drivers, to enhance control & compliance through managing the periodical and Ad-hoc financial projects/processes, and to drive the continued improvements on the overall effectiveness of the Finance Team by supporting cross-group collaborations on key business initiatives/processes.

Key responsibilities include:

' Driving periodic financial processes for the Corporate Finance organization, including revenue, operating expense, headcount reporting, forecasting, planning/budgeting (QBR, MYR and BPR) and fiscal close activities. In particular, driving the continued process improvements with respect to consistency, efficiency, accuracy, and understanding by key customers.
' Develop/define key business metrics and drive robust analysis to identify strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats while evaluate possible alternatives and recommend appropriate actions. In particular, driving the continued process improvements with respect to consistency, efficiency, accuracy, and understanding by key customers.
' Provide input into and/or implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure that strong controls are in place and being followed within the business. In particular, acting in an advisory capacity to business partners on appropriate accounting treatment (e.g. Legal settlement and Joint Venture accounting, etc.) and ensuring control & compliance with MAP & GAAP.
' Assisting with execution of key Finance initiatives across various organizations, including but are not limited to partnering with Legal practice groups, corporate finance on cost efficacy initiatives through financial analysis, reporting and play a key role in driving process improvement.
' Supporting the Controller and business partners on ad hoc financial analysis & reporting and key business initiatives to enable/support effective decision making.

Requirements / Qualifications:

' BA/BS in Accounting or Finance with demonstrated expertise in developing complex financial models, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis. CPA or MBA is a plus.
' Strong written and verbal communication skills, including partnering/presenting/interacting with senior management with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple groups and superior customer service focus.
' Demonstrated experience in problem solving and project management with proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure in a collaborative and matrixed environment.
' Strong competency with Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge and familiarity with other MS based products and tools (e.g. office applications, financial reporting tools such as SAP) are a definite asset.
' Highly effective individual who can work independently with excellent organization skills - ability to manage multiple and competing projects/priorities.
