Senior Financial Analyst/Project Manager: be the financial advisor to our R&D group

You will work with Technology & Discovery leaders who are producing new solutions to life-threatening problems and be a critical link in the chain of people fighting cardiovascular disease around the world. Your mission will be to "stay ahead of the curve," providing proactive financial planning and forecasting support for project teams and managers. You will be actively involved with leaders in Heart Valve Therapy (including Clinical Affairs), Critical Care, Minimally Invasive Monitoring, and Cardiac Surgery Systems.

We're looking for a professional with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and high potential to grow and thrive in our organization. Depending on your experience level, you may come on board as a Finance Manager or Senior Financial Analyst. Either way, budgeting and forecasting experience is required and a background in expense analysis, planning, forecasting, and project analysis is preferred. You'll also need the ability to understand, analyze, and communicate the issues behind the numbers, as well as the self-initiative to achieve your goals independently.
