Preparation of government cost estimates, work breakdown structures, fiscal year budget allocations, purchase requests, and budget transfers. Tracking of budget submittals through the congressional budget process and throughout execution. Preparation of budget justifications, impact statements, and reclamas. Reconciliation of cuff record against official FAA Accounting System. Ability to work independently on senior level analysis functions. Position may require supervision or guidance of less experienced analysts.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business with 5+ years experience developing, administering, executing and tracking budgets, preferably in a government setting. Familiarity with the Federal budget process, and government accounting procedures and regulations required. Experience in the use of Work Breakdown Structures. Proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access. FAA experience is highly desirable. Minimal travel is possible.
