Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Essential Function: Responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities for both internal and corporate consolidation purposes.

Primary Duties:
* Prepares, examines, and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to internal and SEC procedural standards.

* Analyzes business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses, to provide advice to management or to propose US GAAP adjustments for international locations.

* Prepares financial statements, including statement of cash flows, and analyses for inclusion in corporate (parent) MD&A and annual report.

* Prepares and maintains accounting records and reporting in conformity with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including the associated reference documentation on assigned processes and controls.

* Performs various account reconciliations for both assets and liabilities, including inter-company accounts; analyzes assets purchased and liabilities assumed for schedule preparation on the effect of acquisitions; analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

* Establishes and assigns entries to proper accounts in the General Ledger.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
? 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
? Experience in accounting for international operations preferred
? CPA designation preferred
? Previous experience in month-end close processes
? Sarbanes Oxley compliance experience desired
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Note: Excel, must be proficient with Pivot Tables and View Look-Ups
? Lawson Software experience plus.
