Description: Originate and execute transactions, acting as lead banker and advisor for major clients in the sector. Develop and leverage existing relationships into new business Manage and mentor junior associates. Generous compensation package includes base compensation, plus bonuses, incentives and eligibility for annual company stock distribution.

Requirements: Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant investment banking/securities industry experience focusing on the FIG sector. MBA and/or CFA required. In addition: Extensive experience in investment banking/corporate finance; Ability to both originate and executive transactions Proven client relationship skills Strong technical expertise and execution skills in M&A, Equity Transactions, Debt Syndications, and Financial Advisory services. Series 7, 63 licenses required
