Position specific responsibilities
? Perform analysis and assist in the implementation of new accounting
technical literature and SEC regulations.
? Assist in the communication of internal accounting policies and
accounting updates to finance organization and auditors.
? Provide accounting support for all Treasury and Corporate transactions
and initiatives.
? Respond to technical accounting inquiries from field operators, finance
staff and external auditors.
? Provide support to external auditors on technical accounting matters.
? Assist in the documentation of significant accounting matters and/or
accounting positions that will be communicated with external auditors.
? Assist in the management and coordination of worldwide audit efforts in
order to efficiently transition the new auditors.
? Maintain state-of-the-art awareness of accounting and financial reporting
rules as well as a working knowledge of SEC disclosure and reporting
requirements
? Perform review of draft financial statements to be filed with the SEC and
provide management with recommendations or comments to ensure compliance
with accounting standards.

Position specific requirements
CPA; Minimum 7 years experience in public accounting with additional
industry experience (preferably); Extensive technical knowledge of SEC
regulations and GAAP; Possess excellent analytical, communication (written
and oral), organizational and research skills; Ability to interact with
senior management; Ability to manage multiple projects.
