LaSalle Bank has an opportunity for a Senior Private Banker to join our Wealth Management division in Chicago, IL.

 

 

Ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the Wealth Management industry with 6+ years banking experience and formal credit training. Experience working within the Gold Coast Chicago market preferred.  Supervisory experience, commercial banking background and CFP a plus.  This individual must work well independently yet also have the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined Wealth Management team (Banking, Brokerage, Investment Management, Trust Administration, & Financial Planning).

 

Candidate is responsible for maintaining and growing a private banking portfolio of high net worth clients with an emphasis on real estate related clients and their families.  Loan complexity ranges from unsecured transactions to complex secured transactions.  Candidate must have a solid background in loan structuring, underwriting, documentation, and negotiation.  This individual will proactively offer solutions to clients and solicit business from both internal and external referral sources.

 

 

Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Gold Coast Wealth Management office including managing a team of three employees and overseeing daily office responsibilities.  Additional responsibilities include developing and executing a marketing/business development plan for the office together with the team leader, junior officer and AA?s, and reporting back to team leader on a regular basis.
