Senior Retirement Plan Consultant Summary:
The Senior Retirement Plan Consultant serves as a Relationship Manager and is responsible for managing the administration and service for their clients' caseloads; this person may also supervise other retirement plan consultants with less experience in the industry. The Senior Retirement Plan Consultant possesses the skills to analyze and complete complex plan design and consulting, such as weighted and new comparability plans.

Some responsibilities include:

? Assign workload to retirement plan analysts and monitor performance and turnaround time and accuracy metrics

? Conduct annual plan review meetings with clients and investment consultants to recommend plan design enhancements and update clients on services offered by Invesmart

? Determine interpretation and compliance with client's plan document provisionsREQUIREMENTSSenior Retirement Plan Consultant
Some college or business school; bachelor's degree is preferred
Minimum three to five years experience in the retirement planning industry
Experience working with retirement plan administration, servicing and software
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and computer quantitative skills
ASPA QPA designation or NIPA APA are preferred
