Senior Sales Tax Analyst, Warminster, PA, tax experience req.

We seek an individual to develop, update and communicate the sales tax policy and process. In this role, you will

? Work closely with Finance/Accounting and invoicing departments to ensure sales tax procedures are properly understood and applied.

? Research/propose a new sales tax system that will enable compliance with sales tax regulations.

? Monthly or quarterly file and remit sales tax and other required information and reconcile sales tax accounts.

? Audit location?s procedures and invoices, as well as develop, maintain, and execute continuous training program for sales, customer relations, and invoicing associates.

? Work as a liaison between Sales management and Head Office Tax Dept. concerning expansion into new states.

What you?ll need to succeed:

? College degree in Business/Accounting

? Working experience, including US Sales Tax (Tax Certification a plus)

? Knowledge of current US State Sales Tax laws

? Good understanding of accounting processes

? Knowledge of basic computer software programs

? Knowledge of direct mail industry preferred

? Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and judgment
