Job Description:
Multiple openings for Senior Tax Associates at One of the Highest Ranked audit firms serving companies with up to $1 billion in annual revenue. Responsible for the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for various clients and organizations. Specific duties will include: preparing and reviewing tax returns; researching and consulting with clients and management on various tax-related issues; gathering information and providing advice/recommendations to clients for business and process improvements; responding to inquiries from tax authorities; ad hoc compliance projects; reviewing data regarding material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures; and inspecting clients books to determine if following Generally Accept Accounting Principles, and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards were followed. Job Experience:
