This position will develop, document and communicate global IT process and standards.  The benefits of establishing defined IT processes and standards include: streamlined delivery of solutions, reduction in infrastructure complexity, increased operational efficiency and ultimately, cost savings.

Responsibilities include:Research and investigate IT industry best practices in the areas of workflow processes and technology standards Develop, communicate and implement IT workflow and operational processes Lead a virtual team of SMEs in the development of enterprise-wide IT standards Maintain and update existing standards and process library Promote and evangelize the adoption and adherence of established processes and standards Perform proactive IT process and standards governance

Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of five years experience performing Planning/design/implementation/operations role within a large IT organization Minimum of 1 year experience defining and instituting IT standards and/or ITIL-based processes ITIL, CoBIT or Six Sigma training and experience preferred Strong analytical and technical writing skills Ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic and virtual work environment that includes a strong global focus Excellent organizational and communication (both written and oral) skills
