Senior Treasury Analyst

Mosaic offers all three crop nutrients (phosphate, potash, and nitrogen), customized services that increase crop and economic yields, and a rich legacy of experience and innovation.  As a global leader in nourishing crops and delivering distinctive value to the world's agriculture, Mosaic offers an opportunity to share in an exciting future. The Mosaic Company, a $5 billion publicly held company headquartered in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst for its Plymouth, MN location.  The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing, North American financing activities, and compliance with debt agreements. This position will interface with financial advisors, banks, rating agencies, and financial service providers. The position reports to the Director Corporate Treasury.Principal Accountabilities: 30%:  Develop and maintain model of information on complex array of bond and bank covenants. Prepare and file debt compliance certificates with financial institutions. Monitor bond and bank covenant compliance on a global basis. 20%:  Manage and supervise the lease finance activities for Mosaic. Set up processes for evaluating lease proposals, set up lease lines, and negotiate master lease agreements. 25%:  Provide analytical support to the management on capital structure decisions. Take a lead role in North American financing activities including public debt issuances and bank financings. 15%:  Update public reports and gathering information for external audits as they relate to Treasury. 10%:  Monitor capital markets as it relates to debt market activity. This position is covered by Mosaic’s Employee Dispute Resolution (EDR) program
