Settlement/Treasury Analyst

We?re an opportunity rich environment that values creativity and ingenuity and we?re located in San Jose, at the southern intersection of Hwy 101 and Hwy 85.  We are an industry leading Telecommunications and Internet Billing Solutions Company seeking a Settlement/Treasury Analyst to join our team.



 

This position will encompass both billing and treasury functions. The billing function involves reconciling payments from vendors then processing all payment information thru the billing system ultimately resulting in payments to customer. In addition the candidate will be required to perform basic treasury functions such as internal cash transfers, monitoring cash balances, and initiating wires. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing periodic reporting packages for management review.

 

Your qualifications should include a BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as finance or economics, or equivalent experience. This number intensive environment requires a strong attention to detail and accuracy. The proper candidate must be willing and able to learn and analyze multiple systems. Due to industry specific terminology this position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate will be expected to proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. You will work on assignments that can vary in complexity where judgment is required in resolving problems in making routine recommendations.

 

This is a first level position. New graduates in Economics, Accounting, and Finance are encouraged to apply.
