Site Controller

We have an immediate need for a Site Controller who will be responsible for managing the financial  activities of our manufacturing plant.  These responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, operational performance analysis, product cost analysis, capital planning and internal financial reporting.  They will also play an important role in providing direction and input on significant operating and strategic decisions.

This is a career opportunity for a financial professional who must meet the following requirements:

  * BS degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA/CPA perfered.

  * 5-7 years experience in cost accounting and controller's functions.

  * Experience in MRP II, continuous improvement and lean concepts in a manufacturing environment, QAD experience a plus.

  * A hands-on, team style approach.
