Conduct independent technical/specialized accounting-based research and complex analytical projects involving complex computer modeling/forecasting to provide top management with definitive financial/trend data and advice for their use in setting and realizing profit objectives. Responsible for project design, development, implementation, maintenance and completion. You are considered technically authoritative with one or more types of financial analyses, computer models, and/or product line's financial data. Job duties typically include performing complex analyses and advising management on data interpretation for operating or strategic plans. Formulate new internal accounting processes and analytical reports to improve information resources available to top management. Researching and evaluating major changes in regulations affecting accounting requirements; identifying new/revised procedures necessary to respond to changes in a timely and effective manner. Analysis and reporting may also include areas such as budgeting, forecasting, loan servicing, investments, cash management, etc. Assemble, compile, and analyze information, and resolve errors/inconsistencies in data from financial reporting systems. Analysis is more detailed and often interpretive, and modeling activities may be more complex.



Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field with strong systems background.

3-5 years of experience in the Capital Markets industry with focus on data management, loan and securities operations strongly preferred. 

Data management and report writing skills required. 

Familiarity with ADP/Impact or CRM toolsets a plus. 

Must possess PC skills with Microsoft products such as Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required.
